2022-2023 PTO Board Elections
Light Farms Elementary PTO is accepting nominations for the following 2022/2023 Executive Board positions: President, Vice President, Treasurer, Communications Secretary, and Recording Secretary.
We are also seeking nominations for the following Program Coordinator positions: Fundraising Coordinator, Spiritwear Coordinator, Room Parent Coordinator, WatchDOGS Coordinator, Hospitality Coordinator, Volunteer Coordinator, and School Spirit Coordinator. Position descriptions are included on the Nomination Form.

The Details & Forms
All eligible nominees and voters are standing paid PTO members prior to the nominating period, and must be members of the school conducting the election, the feeder school (if graduating to secondary), or current PISD school if being rezoned or moving. You may nominate yourself or someone else for these elected positions. The nominees will be contacted by an election committee member who will answer questions and give them the opportunity to accept or decline the nomination. All nominations will remain confidential until the nominee accepts the nomination. Eligible voters receive one vote per paid membership.
Important Dates:
Nomination Period - March 28-April 1, 2022
Nominating Committee Review - April 2-10, 2022
PTO Executive Board Election - April 11-15, 2022.
Results Announced - April 22
